Q: Shout and Say chat is sooo dead. Can I liven it up?
A: It's not really considered polite to use either except when it's entirely necessary. Remember, we're not the intended audience for this server, so try to not make too many waves.

Q: I sent in a support ticket, what should I expect?
A: If they detect it's coming from a foreign IP, even if you've written in Japanese, you will only get a form response saying they do not offer service to foreign users.

Q: How easy is it to get consumables?
A: While they are a little generous with non-tradable gifts in the post through twitter campaigns and events, things like lethe bottles and expertise incense aren't terribly common and can get expensive. Try to take advantage of DB Bacchus' free expertise incense and the magic shop's NPC lethes while you're still at a low level.

Q: So, it's like demon enhancers only, right?
A: There's room for all types and demon enhancers actually do suffer in some dungeons here. Nakano Boundless Domain is a dungeon run entirely without demons and dungeons like Shinagawa Ice Cave and Kagurazaka Zhu Que Gold have debuffs that will desummon your demon and lock your COMP. While I wouldn't recommend neglecting to work on a demon, being a damage dealer is an entirely viable route.

Q: What's this Daily Mission?
A: Daily Mission is a special ten-minute dungeon that can be accessed from the main terminals in Home 3 and Shinjuku Babel. The mobs change by day and by the level-based difficulty you selected. Experience rewards are high and each day you can get a DM card, which can be exchanged for rental talismans to increase you experience gained/damage dealt in the instance or for black boxes, which contain devil force items.

Q: What is this King Frost?
A: King Frost is the special rare boss that appears in all levels of Daily Mission. He offers a higher level of experience reward than the normal DM mobs. He has HP scaled according to your current strength and will take 1 damage from most attacks. Using things like stone or armor break, it is possible to increase your damage by lowering his defenses, but a decent strategy can also be had in just spamming basic attack with you and your demon.

Q: What's this almighty attack he's using?
A: King Frost uses an almighty affinity spin. Its modifier is high enough that there's no point in guarding. The best way around it I've found is muddling it on my enhancer or letting my demon take aggro while he's in incantation and having it take the hit.

Q: You said this was once per day, when's server reset?
A: Server reset is 4AM JP time. This is when DM resets, DFQs reset, and daily quests like the Mirage quests reset.

Q: Are DFQs worth doing?
A: Demon Friend Quest rewards are much improved and now include runes and aphrodisiacs among common rewards.

Q: Is there any point in recording DCMs?
A: Absolutely. The DCM 2.0 system is a new system that grants stat bonuses to your summoned demon according to how many DCMs you have recorded. This includes things like longer summon sync, higher basic stats, and affinity boosts. Bear in mind, during the rebalancing a lot of DCMs changed locations. They will not be dropping in the same place as they did on our server.

Q: And for humans?
A: There is now a similar Quest Bonus achievement. By completing quests, you can unlock bonus stats and other boosts.

Q: Any point in finishing acts?
A: A lot of content is now locked according to your license level. Also, as you get higher levels of DB license, you can use the teleport system more times per day. The teleport system has also been expanded to include Arcadia and Souhanzan for higher license levels.

Q: What is Saien doing in the Docks?
A: She's there for two permanent exchange events. One is the Fighting Spirit turn-in, where she takes the golden snowflake items you can find very, very rarely in mob drops and gives you older event items (Summon PGs for Joyful BF/Alice, the Lost Soul extras, the Shiva/Vishnu cameo rings, Sexy Data Ticket, Apple Earring, etc.). The other is for CP consumables like small incenses, syringes, and cups. For certain amounts of these, she'll give 24 hour damager cards (human only), large runestones, and the summon items for Hecatonchires or the Oni bosses.

Q: What is this Moloch in Aya's Clinic and the Residential Area?
A: This Moloch will trade you Hacked Chip 666 in exchange for Mag Pressers (the 50k Magnetite holders from the Yagiya in the Cathedral). Hacked Chip 666 allows you to by-pass cooldown for Daily Mission and Steven/Denshi Kairo. It takes three chips to reset Steven's cooldown and different amounts according to which DM you want to do.

Q: Anything I should watch for while leveling up?
Check the DCO-Shop under the レベルアップ tag after hitting levels 25, 35, 45, 60, and 70. There will be some level up FCs (these cost CP, usually have some generic older sets) and free level up packs. Pick up the 0CP level up packages for free consumables. After one week, these packs will disappear from DCO-Shop.

Q: The Cathedral Master gave me a demon, what's that about?
A: That Hathor, Nekomata, or Kikuri-hime has features that give it +50% curative, +50% fire/force/ice (depending on which you took), -30% MP cost, and increased HP/Experience gain. Basically, these girls are here to make sure you have en easier time leveling. Talk to the Cathedral Master after finishing that act to get free SP, a free demon depo pass, and consumables that will allow you to summon demons above your level for a short period of time. These demons can be mitama'd, but after mitama they will simply become the mitama variants of the normal versions of these demons.

Q: I hear rebirthing's a little easier now. Tell me about that?
A: There are three new ways to get runestones and two new ways to get relics. Mirage's daily quest, the Ice Cave's walls, and from demon drops. Check out this list for a good idea of where to go and when for the runes and relics you need:




Q: How about AFKing? Can I afk spin?
A: For one thing, this will not stop you from disconnecting here. For another, it's not done here and it tends to make us look bad. Please don't do this.
